With this calculator the max. length of a suction line is indicated for different pipe dimensions. The calculation also gives the oil flow velocity. Important information when dimensioning an installation.
 

Use "Smaller systems" for nozzle capacities up to 60 kg/h on one-pipe systems and for two-pipe installations use "Smaller systems" up to pump capacities of 130 l/h. For height = 0 use systems with underlying tank. The calculations for underlaying tank are based on a vacuum of 0,35 bar whereas the calculations for overlaying tank are based on no vacuum.
